Migrate Without Losing What
You've Already Built
What's at Risk in a Bad Migration
- Years of accumulated SEO authority, reset overnight by broken redirects
- Order history, customer accounts, and content lost in transfer
- Days of downtime during a "quick" platform switch
- A "new" site that's actually slower than the one it replaced
None of this is inevitable — it’s what happens when migration is treated as a copy-paste job instead of an engineering project.
Maintenance Plans
Step 1 — Full Site Audit & Data Mapping
Most maintenance plans run an update and walk away. We test every update in a staging environment first — because a plugin update that silently breaks your checkout page is worse than the vulnerability it patched.
Step 2 — SEO Preservation Plan
Complete redirect mapping (301s) from old URLs to new, metadata migration, and pre/post-launch rank monitoring so your organic traffic doesn’t reset to zero.
Step 3 — Build in Parallel
The new platform is built and tested in a staging environment while your current site stays fully live and operational.
Step 4 — Data Migration & QA
Products, content, users, and order history transferred with checksums and manual QA — not a one-shot automated import you hope worked.
Step 5 — Zero-Downtime Cutover
DNS and hosting cutover scheduled and executed to minimize or eliminate downtime, with rollback plans in place if anything’s off.
Step 6 — Post-Launch Monitoring
30-day monitoring window tracking rankings, uptime, and performance to catch anything a standard QA pass might miss.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will our Google rankings survive the migration?
Yes-Preserving them is the primary goal of our process, not an afterthought — full redirect mapping and monitoring are standard, not optional add-ons.
Will my email come across — messages and all, or just empty mailboxes?
Your mailboxes come across in full — messages, folders and all, not empty accounts recreated at the other end. We configure your MX and DNS records as part of the move, so mail keeps flowing. Prefer to keep Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for email? We’ll move just your site and leave your mail where it is. Forwarders, aliases and catch-alls come too.
We don’t limit the number of mailboxes we can move.
Is the migration really free — and is there a limit?
Yes, and there’s no catch: no setup fee, no per-site charge, nothing at the end. Migrations are unlimited and free — move one site or twenty, as many as you like — on every plan. You pay for your hosting; the moves are included.
What exactly do you move?
Coming from cPanel or a standard hosting server, we bring everything across — files, databases, themes and plugins, email, domain and DNS, and your SSL, reissued and working before you go live. If your current setup isn’t a standard one, we move your website and all its content by hand; a few host-specific settings may need recreating, and we’ll tell you which up front. Either way, you’re not the one doing it.
Do I have to do any of the technical work?
No. Our team does the whole move. You share a login for your old host (or a backup file); we copy everything across and rebuild it on our servers; you preview it on a temporary URL and approve the go-live. Your only job is to check it and say yes.
How long does it take? Can I choose when?
Most migrations complete between 30 minutes and 48 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your site. And because our migration team runs 24/7, we can schedule your move for a specific time that suits you. We give you a timeframe before we start, and tell you the moment it’s live.
Will my site go offline during the move?
No. Your current site stays online and untouched the whole time — we build and test the new one separately, and nothing changes for your visitors until you approve the switch. Running a store? We’ll usually agree a switchover time with you, so the cutover lands when it’s quietest.
I've lost access to my old host and only have a backup file. Can you still help?
Yes. If you’ve cancelled or been locked out, our team restores from your backup — you don’t restore anything yourself. We take full cPanel backups, WordPress exports (All-in-One, Duplicator, UpdraftPlus) or plain files plus a SQL database, with no upload or file-size limit. Not sure your backup is usable? Send it over and we’ll check it before you commit to anything.
Do you only migrate WordPress sites?
No — WordPress is the most common move, but we handle cPanel, custom CMS and plain HTML too. We review your setup and confirm before we start.
My migration is already under way — or something needs attention. Where do I go?
If you’re already a customer, log in to your client area to track and manage your migration in one place. Our migration team is on hand 24/7 if you need anything sorted.
What if my site is high-traffic or ecommerce?
Our team handles high-traffic and ecommerce sites with pre-checks, staging validation, and multiple rounds of testing before cutover.
What if I'm not happy after switching?
Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the move isn’t right, tell us and we’ll refund you.
